Design and bi-channel performance
The K7890 embeds two independent channels in an ultra-compact housing, enabling parallel inspection of paired components (for example headlight pairs or dual-chamber parts) to halve cycle time while keeping pneumatic flexibility and test repeatability.

User interface and industrial robustness
Front tempered glass panel with 5.7" TFT capacitive touch interface (800x480 px) and backlit keyboard engineered for continuous production cycles. Dynamic LED bar provides quick visual feedback of process states.

Pneumatic configuration and measurement
Measurement capability from −1 to 15 bar. Two regulation modes: high-precision manual regulator (standard) or automatic electronic regulator (option). Includes dedicated Stäubli® fitting for connecting calibrated leaks for periodic verification.
