Pillow Hot Melt Glue Packaging Machine Working Principle
1. Colloid melting & insulation
From hot melt glue reactor or storage tank, the material is kept at 160-200℃.
2. Automatic bag making
The roll film is folded by the former to form a pillow bag shape.
3. Quantitative filling
The screw pump or gear pump measures and injects hot melt glue into the bag.
4. Heat sealing
High temperature sealing to ensure that the seal is firm and leak-free.
5. Cooling and shaping
The pillow-shaped hot melt glue block is formed through the cooling conveyor belt or water cooling tank.
