1. Raw material storage and metering system
Storage of raw materials such as polyols, isocyanates (such as MDI/TDI), tackifying resins, additives, etc.

2. Reactor
Raw materials undergo polymerization reaction in anhydrous and oxygen-free environment.
Control reaction temperature and pressure to form prepolymer.

High shear mixing ensures uniform reaction without bubbles.
3. High viscosity delivery pump
Stable delivery of high viscosity PUR prepolymer from the reactor to the next step.
Ensure constant pipeline pressure to prevent premature solidification of materials due to stagnation.

4. Cooling system
Control the product to reach the appropriate packaging temperature before filling.
