Hot melt glue sticks, also known as hot glue sticks or hot glue gun sticks, are solid cylindrical adhesive designed to be used with a hot glue gun. These glue sticks are made from a combination of thermoplastic polymers and other additives, which give them their unique properties.

Raw Material Preparation
The main raw material of hot melt glue stick is thermoplastic polymer, and additives such as plasticizers and stabilizers are also needed to ensure the performance of the glue stick.
Melting and Mixing
Hot melt glue stick raw materials and additives are loaded into a large container or extruder, heated and mixed until all raw materials form a homogeneous molten mixture.
hot melt glue stick reactor
Extrusion
The molten adhesive mixture is extruded from the machine to form a cylindrical hot melt glue stick.
Cooling and Solidificantion
The extruded hot melt adhesive is quickly cooled and solidified, and air cooling or water cooling can be selected.
hot melt glue stick chiller
Cutting and Shaping
Cut cured hot melt glue sticks to desired length.
Quality Control
Check to ensure the melting temperature, viscosity, bonding strength of the hot melt glue stick, as well as the required length, diameter, etc.
