Description
TX’s start-stop shear cut to length line is mainly classified into three types:
1) Crankshaft shear CTL line
2) Hydraulic shear CTL line
3) Trapezoidal shear(swing shear) CTL line
• Crankshaft shear CTL line: It is recommend for light and medium gauge material with the max 6mm thickness. The line is commonly composed of decoiler, corrective leveler(4 high/5high/6high), looping pit table, servo roller feeder, shear, conveyor, stacker.
• Hydraulic shear CTL line: It is recommend for medium and heavy gauge material with the max 12.7mm thickness. The line is commonly composed of decoiler, coil unwinding system, straightener, trimmer, corrective leveller, hydraulic shear, conveyor, stacker.
