Description One part polyurethane adhesive, fast curing, pasty, high gap-filling properties. It cures with air moisture and forms bonding highly resistant in a wide temperatures range (-30°/+100°C) and waterproof (Class D4-EN 204). USES For bonding wood, concrete, bricks, plastic laminate, polystyrene and polyurethane foam, cork, rock wool and metals. For high resistance bonding in exterior applications: doors, windows, shipbuilding, stairs, garden furniture. For fixing and filling angle bars of metal frames. CHARACTERISTICS Consistency : tixotropic paste Mode of setting : moisture curing Colour : ivory Solvent : free TECHNICAL DATA Non volatile content : 100% Specific gravity : 1,52 g/cm³ Viscosity : paste Open time at 20° C : 4-7 minutes Curing time : 24 hrs (bead, 20°C, 50%U.R.) Minimum working temperature : +7°C Method of use Surface preparation: the materials must be clean and degreased. To achieve best results onto metals it is suggested to sand the surfaces and to wet lightly. Application: apply by means of a gun a thin bead onto one side. When bonding large surfaces like wooden panels or laminate on wall, the adhesive can be applied in dot parallel lines at a distance of 30-40 cm., the section should be sufficient to fill possible irregularities. The surfaces can be completely covered if required and the application can be completed with a toothed putty knife. For rough surfaces apply the adhesive onto both sides.
