Frick Liquid Recirculator Packages are complete factory-assembled skids that combine an ASME recirculator pressure vessel, a pair of mechanical liquid pumps, and the necessary piping and accessories vall mounted on a structural steel base. Frick also offers ship loose recirculators for customers who want to create their own packaged systems in both horizontal and vertical orientations. In addition to the standard operation connections, such as liquid makeup, wet return, gas outlet, and pump suctions, the standard arrangement supports nozzles for the customer to field pipe to the following options: a single oil pot, two pumps and a level column. Designed, fabricated, and certified to the ASME BPV Code and Manufacturer’s data report registered with the National Board Pumped Recirculator Package Frick Pumped Recirculator Packages are complete factory-assembled skids that include an ASME recirculator pressure vessel, mechanical liquid pumps, and necessary piping and accessories. Available in both vertical and horizontal configurations, these packages are designed for maximum capacity and surge volume, with a high-quality, corrosion-resistant primer and topcoat finish. 250 psi design working pressure is standard; 300 psi on 24 in. and smaller diameter vessels.
