Frick offers ship loose recirculators for customers who want to create their own packaged systems in both horizontal and vertical orientations. In addition to the standard operation connections, such as liquid makeup, wet return, gas outlet, and pump suctions, the standard arrangement supports nozzles for the customer to field pipe to the following options: a single oil pot, two pumps and a level column. Designed, fabricated, and certified to the ASME BPV Code and Manufacturer’s data report registered with the National Board. Bare Liquid Recirculator Vessels Frick Bare Recirculator Vessels, available in both vertical and horizontal configurations, are designed to meet the exact specifications of your refrigeration facility. These vessels feature a high-quality, corrosion-resistant primer and topcoat paint system, and are shipped fully sealed and pressurized with a nominal nitrogen charge for cleanliness and protection. Features 250 psi design working pressure is standard; 300 psi on 24 in. and smaller diameter vessels. Other design working pressure designs are available. High-quality, corrosion-resistant, long-lasting primer, and topcoat paint system with a high-gloss finish. Shipped fully sealed and pressurized with a nominal nitrogen charge to maintain cleanliness and protect the internal surfaces.
