Description

The LM dispense is an economic alternative which has the possibility of dispensing like the LM901 but not the pick and place function. Options like the X-Y locking or a camera enables the efficient dispensing of prototypes and complete series. For applications with a high precision of dispensing the serial ‘time pressure dispenser’ can be replaced by various precision dispensing valves. The universal circuit board holder retains single- and double-sided boards safely using adjustable, elastic holding fingers (see picture above). Large circuit boards can be handled on demand. If you need a custom circuit board holder, our developement department is pleased to realize this special task for you. With a camera attached to the dispensing head, you can view the whole dispensing process - magnified on a monitor. Thus even the smallest dots can be placed exactly. Another benefit of the camera is the possible documentation of the process by saving single picture frames to the harddisk of an attached PC. The unequalled guiding system of the dispensing head results in comfortable and fatigue-free daily work. All of the control elements are arranged logically and ergonomically, which assists the user in the best possible way. A relocatable hand-rest is already included in the standard version of the machines. The X/Y locking device (fig.) ensures accurate dispensing. Individual movement axes can be locked. An automatic function independently locks the X and Y axes when placing a dispenser dot. The Z magnetic brake makes it possible to suspend the nozzle close to and above the PCB.
