The full-automatic dispensing system dispenseALL 420 is a flexible machine for dispensing solder paste, glue, sealant, underfill, conformal coating and other media. It is suitable for prototyping, series production, special applications and for extending production lines.
Design and operation
The system features a universal carrier unit allowing the simultaneous use of up to three different dispensing valves. Each dispensing head is driven by a motor with integrated encoder to control position and to reach any dispensing height on the workpiece.
