Description

Fast Recovery Diodes or Rectifiers are used as a voltage rectifier in a circuit (electrons are allowed to pass only one direction in the circuit).This function is often used to convert AC voltage to DC voltage. Frontier's series of TH Fast Recovery Diodes have a reverse recovery time (trr) range of 150ns to 500ns.
