Overview
The DynamIx HR2 is a computed radiography (CR) image reader delivering selectable high-resolution sampling pitches from 25 μm to 200 μm. Designed for confined workspaces, it supports imaging plates up to 152 cm and accepts hand insertion with front ejection. FUJIFILM provides this system for industrial nondestructive testing (NDT) applications.

Manual IP insertion and compact workspace
The reader accepts imaging plates through a hand-held tray and ejects them at the front, enabling one-handed handling and operation in restricted spaces. Front access reduces required clearance and simplifies inspection sequences.

Operation and workflow
The DynamIx HR2 reads images with 14-bit grayscale and a wide dynamic range. Users can select and save image-processing presets to maintain consistent results. Readings and images are transferred to inspection software for analysis; the reader is compatible with DynamIx VU for real-time review and data management.

Imaging plates and Special Cut
Supported IP formats include:

• Fixed-size type
• Hand-held type

The Special Cut service provides custom-shaped plates and dedicated tools (available on request) to adapt plates to complex inspection geometries.

Suitable for NDT across sectors such as aerospace, oil & gas, manufacturing and maintenance. The system handles varied part sizes and materials and is adapted to inspect complex shapes with optimized plate formats.
