Description
The Fumex CMF is a cleanable mobile filter unit for industrial production, designed for the cleaning of dust-laden and polluted air in ventilated full-scale workshop environments. It features a built-in fan and a top-mounted extraction arm, and the filter unit has been developed according to ISO 15012-1 for welding safety products.
The unit is designed to deliver high airflow with low pressure drop. Its fan impeller has backward-curved blades and high efficiency, helping maintain a steady and high airflow even when the filter cartridge becomes contaminated. Combined with the low pressure drop of the extraction arm, this gives the CMF unit strong overall performance.
CMF is available in three models: CMF 10, CMF 20 and CMF 30. The models use different cleaning methods, and the CMF 20/30 versions feature a digital control panel with display and menu selection for programming desired settings. Cleaning is controlled via the control panel, and the CMF 20/30 units are supplied with a START/STOP switch for the fan and a 5 metre 3-phase 400 V cable.
The hose is made of flame-resistant PVC, suitable for welding and flue gases, with temperature resistance between -10 °C and +90 °C. The unit is also easy to move and position in the workplace, making it a practical solution where flexible mobile filtration is needed in industrial environments.
