The ROTARY SIFTER is used to separate foreign particles from the flow of the main product as semolina or flour or other products derived from the milling of the cereals. We can provide different formats of sieves: in this way it is possible to process many different materials, such as sugar, coffee and other similar products. The rotary sifter is typically used as a security device before stowing or loading in bulk, as its purpose is to eliminate impurities of large size from the main product. The machine is provided with movable bulkheads placed on the outlets which let the debris out while keeping air and dust in. It is also equipped with large hatches for cleaning and maintenance. The rotary sifter is available in three sizes, depending on the quantity of product to process per hour, from 1 T/h to 80 T/h. The machine can also be provided of a compressed air cleaning system for the sieve. Moreover, a filter avoids the development of dust and recycles the air used for the cleaning itself. The machinery is built in carbon steel or in steel AISI 304 or AISI 316. A fast unhook system is also available, which is useful to rapidly replace the sieve.
