Product descriptionThe SF Probe is a fusible safety probe designed to protect thermal equipment from excessive temperatures. It features a flexible FEP-coated cable with two silicone-insulated conductors and a fusible element that is irreversibly destroyed when the critical temperature is reached (94°C or 121°C depending on the model). The device immediately interrupts the control circuit to prevent fire risk or severe overheating.
Key benefits- Immediate control-circuit interruption in case of overheating
- Simple in-service installation on immersion heaters
- Irreversible operation without reset for fail-safe protection
- Two models available to match process temperature requirements
Main applications- Protection of immersion heaters in chemical and electrolytic baths
- Securing industrial heating systems
- Use in environments with thermal hazards
- Applications with aqueous and viscous liquids
Additional resourcesInstallation manual and product data sheet are available.
