Description

Overview
Galvatek’s TF temperature probes, incorporating PT100 sensors, offer precise and reliable measurement for the regulation and monitoring of liquid temperatures in demanding industrial environments. Available with a rigid tube or a flexible sheath made from highly resistant materials, they adapt to varied thermal process requirements.

Technical Specifications
  • Sensor: 4-wire PT100 for optimum accuracy.
  • Available configurations:
    • Rigid sheath in stainless steel, PP, PVDF or PTFE.
    • Flexible PFA sheath for restricted or corrosive environments.
  • Standard lengths:
    • Rigid sheath: 300, 500 or 800 mm (other lengths available).
    • Flexible sheath: standard length 1.6 m (other lengths possible).
  • Temperature range: up to 200°C depending on model.
  • Compatibility: Suitable for 2-, 3- or 4-wire connection systems to compensate for parasitic resistances.

Key Benefits
  • High accuracy: 4-wire PT100 sensors reduce interference for stable measurement.
  • Chemical resistance: Materials such as PTFE and PVDF for aggressive environments.
  • Adaptability: Available in rigid or flexible versions to meet installation requirements.
  • Easy maintenance: Sensors can be replaced in the sleeve to extend service life.

Main Applications
  • Chemical industry: precise temperature control in tanks.
  • Electroplating: monitor baths to prevent freezing, crystallization or overheating.
  • Water treatment: thermal control in treatment circuits.
  • Pharmaceutical sectors: environments requiring high precision and chemical resistance.

Safety and Compliance
  • Conforms to DIN EN 60751 specifications for PT100 sensors.
  • Robust design resistant to aggressive chemical environments and high temperatures.
  • Designed for consistent performance in extreme conditions.

Options and Accessories
