Thermal protection Thermal over load protection protects motor windings from damage should the blower become stalled during operation. Additionally, thermal over load protection switches automatically reset when single-phase motor windings cool to a safe level of operation. Variable frequency drive (3 phase motors) Models with 3 phase motors can be operated with a variable frequency drive for precise speed and flow control. Explosion Proof Explosion proof models (R6130Q-50, R6340R-50) have motors classified as Explosion Proof Division 1 and 2, which allows blower to be used in Group D explosive atmospheres.
