The GD Pasteurizer Unit consists of a multi-section plate heat exchanger (PHE) with three sections for product, a resting section (minimum 16 seconds holding time), a water and steam regulating system with soldered PHE for water tempering, 2x water pump, valves and necessary piping. The unit is complete with hot water make-up and circulation pump. All motors and electrical devices are appropriate for wet environments. Transmitters and valves are pre-piped and pre-wired to a local mounted junction box. All units are delivered as a Plug-&-Play concept.
