PLC-controlled grinding machine

Machine designed for cleaning external edges of boxes, height up to 150 mm, controlled by PLC, the operator only has to position the piece and start the “recipe” already stored with the data of the piece to be processed. Contemporary processing of two corners. Six operating heads with abrasive belt, four lower ones positioned in pairs at 90° with rubber pads and two upper ones with oscillating rubber rollers. The piece is blocked by a special system and the heads approach the area to be worked with a pneumatic system and move vertically along the area. Suction system that guarantees the collection of dust directly from the processing point, ensuring the least possible dispersion. Processing time 30” per pair of corners.
