Special system for rounding sharp edges of HEA beams, from 220mm to 660mm up to 12m in length. Total length of the plant 28m, with 8 grinding heads for simultaneous processing above and below, of the outer and inner edge. A system that optimizes the operator's work and greatly increases productivity! Completely managed by PLC, it does not require manual adjustments or special maintenance. Each head is equipped with compensation wheels that adapt the position of the grinding head so that machining is always perfectly on the edge, managing the tolerances of the beam.
