Geovent Plastic Fans (types LPV and MPV) are designed to provide reliable extraction of gases and fumes from highly corrosive processes. Ideal for environments such as laboratory fume hoods, battery rooms, washers, and chemical processing areas, these fans are built to withstand the harshest conditions. Constructed from acid-proof polypropylene and polyethylene, they offer maximum protection against acid and corrosion, ensuring long-lasting performance and durability.

The housing is moulded in antistatic PE-el, while the wheel is made of polypropylene with backward-curved blades, optimising airflow and enhancing efficiency. These fans provide air volumes of up to 6,750 m³/h and can achieve static pressures of up to 1,700 Pa, making them suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.

Equipped with a direct-drive asynchronous motor, they come as standard in 3-phase (3x400V 50Hz) but are also available in 1x230V 50Hz, offering flexibility for different power requirements. The motor console is made of powder-coated sheet metal, and all nuts and bolts are crafted from stainless steel to ensure resistance against corrosion.

For safety-critical environments, the plastic fans are available with ATEX certification, compliant with Zone 2/22 in accordance with Directive 2014/34/EU. They are delivered as standard in RD0 configuration and can handle air temperatures up to 70°C.
