The LEF-MEF centrifugal fan is designed for demanding industrial extraction and comfort ventilation applications. With a backward-curving, self-cleaning B-wheel and a direct-drive flange motor, it delivers high efficiency of up to 87%, ensuring optimal energy usage and performance. Its robust construction from 100% galvanised steel provides excellent corrosion resistance, making it suitable for outdoor installations on roofs or walls.

This versatile fan is ideal for extracting welding fumes, dust, exhaust gases, and other industrial pollutants. It supports speed control, including PID and constant pressure regulation, making it adaptable for various airflow requirements. Additionally, the fan’s high efficiency makes it suitable for energy-saving operations, such as when integrated with frequency inverters.

A complete range of accessories is available including flexible connections, rain cover, motor breaker, pressure monitors, and sound boxes. It is also available in an ATEX version (LEX/MEX) with an EExE motor, suitable for use in potentially explosive environments. For specialised requirements, the fan can be customised with stainless steel (ANSI 316L) for corrosive fumes, built-in frequency inverters, two-speed motors, or high-temperature versions.

Standard features includes fan support with vibration absorbers, a galvanised inlet nozzle with a net, and a clamp for mounting the outlet flange.
