Description

Product Overview
Advanced air filtration for ventilation systems with or without heat recovery. PureFlow 200 is manufactured from expanded polypropylene (EPP) to provide continuous thermal and acoustic insulation while preventing internal condensation.

Key Features
  • Compatible with DN200 and DN160 (8"/6") duct connections
  • Holds up to three filters simultaneously for flexible staging
  • Zero thermal bridging — eliminates internal condensation
  • Complies with ISO 16890 standards

Engineered for Challenging Climates
Designed to prevent the thermal bridging and internal condensation typical of metal filter boxes, PureFlow 200 maintains dry filter conditions across a wide range of ambient temperatures and humidities.

Stop Filter Mold Before It Starts
Metal casings often condense when indoor and outdoor temperatures differ. The high-density EPP casing ensures seamless insulation, preventing surface sweating and keeping filters dry to reduce mold risk.

Coastal & Tropical Ready
Suitable for coastal and tropical environments; EPP housing prevents surface condensation at relative humidity levels up to 90%.

3-Stage Flexible Filtration
Typical configuration: ISO Coarse 75% (pre-filter), ePM1 60% (fine particulate), and Activated Carbon 250 g (odour/VOC control). Suitable for residential, healthcare, and controlled-environment agriculture.

Pressure Drop Table
Climate Condition | Temp (°C / °F) | Humidity | Air Density | Pressure Drop Change | Example Filter ΔP (Pa / in. w.g.)
Extreme Arctic | -30 °C / -22 °F | 20% RH | 1.45 kg/m³ | +21% (Higher) | 18 Pa / 0.07 in.
Northern Winter | -20 °C / -4 °F | 20% RH | 1.39 kg/m³ | +16% | 17 Pa / 0.07 in.
Standard Lab (Base) | +20 °C / 68 °F | 50% RH | 1.20 kg/m³ | Baseline (0%) | 15 Pa / 0.06 in.
Central EU Summer | +30 °C / 86 °F | 50% RH | 1.16 kg/m³ | -4% (Lower) | 14 Pa / 0.06 in.
Tropical (Florida) | +35 °C / 95 °F | 60% RH | 1.13 kg/m³ | -6% | 14 Pa / 0.06 in.
Extreme Heat (Dubai) | +40 °C / 104 °F | 40% RH | 1.11 kg/m³ | -8% | 14 Pa / 0.05 in.
