Apart from batching hoppers, GIMAT offers screw extractors, screw batchers and volumetric batchers that are ideal for continued dosing or batching. The volumetric batching is very precisely done. Variable-speed motors with manual or electrical control help adjust the RPM of the screw feeders. The minimum flow rate will be equal to 1/5th of the actual maximum flow rate. The gearmotor's motors will be piloted by the vector inverters and also power ventilation as and when necessary. Here the minimum flow rate will be equal to at least 1/10th of the maximum flow rate. Continuous volumetric feeders having capacities ranging from 3 dm³/h to 40 m³/h. too are available. A special request can be placed for powder feeding systems or powder feeders to be designed in a way that confirms to required specifications.
