Description

Compact battery powered glass vacuum lifter with a powerful front wheel drive (1200W DC Motor incl Electromagnetic brakes). The ergonomic, spring adjusted handlebar for easy steering has state of the art safety features.
• Total width 690 mm (920 with twin front wheels)
• Max capacity 400 kg.
* Vertical lifting height 3,100 mm (floor to centre lifting yoke)
* Horizontal lifting height 3,465 mm
• Dual circuit vacuum system incl.
• Acoustic alarm in event of of overload.
• Built-in battery / battery charger
• 4 x Ø310 mm suction cups
• Intelligent overload system, giving a warning at 80% load usage; at 90% all cylinders are locked in outward direction, then cylinders can only be moved inward.
• Vacuum lifter with electric hydraulic lift & manipulation system controlled from MAC = Multi Axis Control cable remote control panel incl:
• 3-knops for manipulation speed (slow-middle-fast)
• vacuum on / off
• Hydraulic horizontal side shift 100 mm, liniar movements left/right
• 1x360° hydraulic load rotation
• 2 x 500 mm hydraulic extension
Yoke incl 200 kg can be angled 45° manual on the machine side to allow passage through narrow doorways or pathways
• Compact wheels for easy handling
• All suction cups incl. quick couplers
• Integrated lifting eye for handling with a crane
