GREASEMAX® is an automatic single-point lubricator for the continuous lubrication of bearing points, electric motors, conveyor belts, chains, linear guides, spindles, ropes, open gears, pumps, fan systems, and further lubrication points in industrial machines and equipment of all kinds.

Operating Principle
Activation is achieved by screwing the start cap into the base of the unit. This moves a pre-assembled activation screw, which presses a gas generator into a closed reaction membrane. Inside the membrane is an electrolyte fluid (KOH) that triggers a galvanic reaction. The resulting gas continuously expands the membrane and drives a steel piston forward, delivering lubricant evenly and in consistent quantities to the lubrication point. The unit requires neither electricity nor compressed air nor mechanical drive components. GREASEMAX® operates 100% autonomously and maintenance-free.

Lubricants
The standard range comprises 14 high-quality lubricants for the most common industrial applications. Special fills with manufacturer-specific lubricants are available upon request after technical evaluation.

The unit operates fully autonomously and maintenance-free throughout its entire service life – with no refilling, readjustment, or spare parts required. Lubrication tasks in hazardous areas or on running machinery are eliminated entirely.

Installation
Installation is completed in under two minutes and requires no training. For initial installation: clean the lubrication point, screw in the reducing fitting, pre-grease, perform a leak test, then activate and screw in GREASEMAX®.
