Fifth wheel couplings are among the most heavily stressed components in commercial vehicle operation. Friction, dirt, weathering and high compressive forces during coupling and uncoupling demand the very best from the lubricant every single day.

GREASEMAX® supplies the fifth wheel coupling fully automatically and continuously with fresh lubricant, without electricity, without batteries and without any intervention in existing vehicle or fleet controls. The drive operates purely via a chemical reaction, reliable, maintenance-free and completely independent of external infrastructure.

The 12-month operating period makes lubricant consumption and replacement plannable. Mounting takes place directly at the lubrication point (see illustration). Manual lubrication rounds are eliminated and the service life of the coupling is measurably extended.
