THEORY OF OPERATION: - In a metal bowl, a rotor consisting of tools in the form of plows-hares, by side and reverse skimming, turns over the product and throws it towards the outside. - Supply is form the top and emptying is through the center at the bottom. - The operating cycle is discontinuous. DESIGN : - Material used : carbon steel or stainless steel. - Metal bowl. - Rotor consisting of machined shaft on wich plowshare-shaped tools are adapted. - Excellent sealing is provided at both ends of the shaft by a stuffing box. - Rotor drive is by reducer motor and transmission system. - For large-capacity models, an hydraulic coupler is provided ADVANTAGES : - Very fast mixing and emptying : approximately 2 minutes. - Complete emptying of the equipement is ensured. - Adaptation of a pneumatic control swivel hatch. - The mixer can be weighed on stress gauges. - Maintenance is reduced to beauring lubrication. - Easy access to th inside through the large inspection doors. - The equipement can be fitted with rotary cleaning tools.
