Description

Diaphragm dosing pumps with external motor The pump of the DMX series is a versatile positive displacement diaphragm dosing pump. The diaphragm is coupled mechanically via a precise gear-eccenter-tapet-system to a high efficiency AC motor. The dosing capacity is adjusted by varying the motor speed by a frequency converter coupled directly to motor. The liquid end is composed of: Dosing head PTFE coated diaphragm Ball valves Other features: Robust industrial pump with aluminium enclosure Diaphragm fully guided during suction/discharge stroke (no spring return) Easy to install and operate design PTFE coated diaphragm Dosing flow variation ±2% (FS), linearity ±4% (FS)
