AUTO GBR-D1
Introduction
Melt Flow Index Tester AUTO GBR-D1 is a precision packaging material testing instrument developed and manufactured by the GBPI R&D Team based on ISO, GB and other international standards and market demand. It's used to measure thermoplastic melt mass flow rate (MFR) and melt volume flow rate (MVR).
It is suitable for the determination of the melting index of various high polymer plastic materials such as polyethylene, polystyrene, polypropylene, ABS resin, polyoxymethylene resin, polycarbonate, nylon, and fluoroplastics at high temperatures. It is an ideal configuration instrument for offline or online detection of thermoplastic melt index in petrochemical and other industries.
Test Principle
Under the specified temperature and load, the melt mass flow rate (MFR) and melt volume flow rate (MVR) are calculated from the molten material extruded through a die of specified length and diameter.
