Product IntroductionThe GB-ML Leakage Tester is a pneumatic testing instrument that uses compressed air to control the lifting and lowering of the sealing barrel lid via an air cylinder. Equipped with a high-precision electronic pressure sensor and microcomputer control, it measures and compares sealing performance of flexible packages to support specification setting and quality control. Suitable for sealing performance testing of flexible packaging in food, pharmaceutical, and consumer goods industries.
Testing PrincipleThe sample is immersed in water and placed in a vacuum chamber. A vacuum is applied to create a pressure differential between interior and exterior of the package. Leakage or integrity loss is detected by observing gas bubbles escaping from the sample or by dye penetration into the package.
