This product is a kind of highly precise heavy-load lathe motorized spindle,whose max. speed could reach6000 rpm. With A2-5 nose and an installation diameter of 170 mm, the spindle is configured with 10 kW permanent magnet synchronous motor with rated and max. torsion of 38.2 Nm and 93.9 Nm respectively. It can be configured with 6” and 8” chuck and oil cylinder and used for finish turning and heavy cutting of steel parts, casting and nonferrous metals as well as installation of Type 46 CNC lathe and turning-milling composite machine tool. As a kind of lathe motorized spindle that could satisfy the requirements of heavy cutting. And the same mounting size as the universal A2-6 external drive spindle, can be directly switched.It is mainly applied to such fields as motor, aerospace, hardware, etc. Features 1.
