Description

The PMG series industrial pre-shredders by Guidetti represent robust and versatile solutions for material preparation in the initial stages of recycling. Designed to ensure high cutting efficiency and great operational flexibility, they are capable of processing copper or aluminum electrical cables, radiators, non-ferrous metals, plastics, and other materials, with a production capacity from 400 to 3,000 kg/h. Available in electromechanical or hydraulic versions, they easily adapt to different plant configurations. Equipped with a belt with a magnetic pulley for separating ferrous parts, they protect components in subsequent grinding phases. Thanks to simplified maintenance and easy integration into existing systems, PMG pre-shredders offer a reliable and high-performance solution for industrial recycling. They are compatible with Guidetti granulators of the Sincro eko, Sincro Mill, Wire Pro series and with the Line MRP® system, ensuring optimal integration in complete and high-performance plants.
