Special features compatible drive compact design The PSE 25x C positioning system is an intelligent and compact complete solution for positioning auxiliary and positioning axes, consisting of a DC motor, gearbox, power amplifier, control electronics, absolute measuring system and CANopen interface. The integrated absolute measuring system eliminates the time-consuming reference run - the drive indicates the position of the output shaft after switching on without performing a movement. The measuring system is a combination of a "singleturn encoder" (which measures the position of the motor shaft within one revolution) and battery buffering. The battery ensures continuous position measurement even when switched off, so that the correct position is always displayed, even if the shaft has been moved when switched off.
