HF Expert is a high-productivity fiber laser cutting machine series designed for large-format, high-speed and high-power cutting applications.

Overview
HF Expert combines a robust frame, optimized gantry and real-time motion control to deliver high dynamic performance, precise dimensional accuracy and long-term stability. It is available in multiple work sizes and supports ultra-high laser power for heavy-duty cutting tasks.

• Laser Safety: Fully enclosed machine with OD 5+ laser glass windows to protect eyes/skin, reduce noise and smoke pollution, and provide a safer working environment.
• Extremely fast: High-dynamic, high-productivity design with optimized frame, extruded aluminum gantry and Han's 901 (Rexroth) real-time controller plus powerful Rexroth motors for high speed and acceleration.
• Compact design: Maintenance-friendly access; electrical cabinet, laser source, pneumatic and lubrication systems and table drive motors integrated into the main frame to reduce footprint and ease installation/maintenance.
• Work environment friendly: Multi-zone separation dust suction system intelligently distributes air volume per partition to improve dust removal and reduce contamination of the cutting head.
• Larger cutting area: Increased cutting area able to handle American standard (inch) sheet sizes.
• Ultra-high power suitability: Hollow-structure machine bed (G3015 HF Expert) designed to support ultra-high power up to 60kW, minimizing heat deformation risk and ensuring stable, efficient operation.
• Heavy load capacity for thick material (optional): Hydraulic lifting exchange table allows bevel cutting, two tables that can be pulled out simultaneously, easier maintenance inside machine, and loading/unloading without affecting cutting.
• Anti-scratch (optional): Plate lifting and adjusting device to protect sheet underside, ease loading/adjusting and ensure good cut quality for stainless steel and aluminum.
• Lower gas consumption: Low N2 pressure cutting reduces gas use and cutting time (up to 67% gas saving reported).
• Mix-M device (optional): Han's Laser gas-mixing cabinet (patented) for 20kW+ lasers to rapidly cut 10–40mm carbon steel with improved section quality and reduced slag at corners.
