Description

Overview
The TX Series fiber laser tube cutting machine is engineered for high-speed, high-precision and cost-effective processing of metal tubes and profiles including carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloy in round, square and oval sections. It is aimed at heavy tube and profile applications and offers optional heavy-load and bevel-cut configurations.

Key features
  • Zero end scrap: Cutting head can cross the center chuck and cut in the opposite direction to achieve near-zero end scrap; integrated full-process chucks allow switching between large and small tubes without jaw changes.
  • Side-mounted bed: Rigid side-mounted bed supports loading, cutting and unloading of tubes up to 12 m; precision rack & pinion and roller linear guide ensure accurate transmission.
  • Follower-assisted support: Support device with centering function follows pipe rotation and moves vertically to prevent sagging and maintain effective support.
  • Loading and unloading device: Semi-automatic loading/unloading is standard, with four floating unloading pallets for auxiliary support to improve processing accuracy.
  • Optional heavy-duty configurations: Tri-chuck heavy-duty loader (true 0 end scrap, up to 1500 kg load capacity), four-chuck heavy-duty configuration (discharge within travel range to avoid manual areas, multiple clamping methods for 0 scrap), and dedicated bevel-cut groove cutting head for groove cutting and welding preparation.
