HF Series high-speed fiber laser cutting machines from Han's Laser are engineered for high-power plate cutting and stable thick-plate processing. Designed for 12 kW+ expert processes and scalable up to 60 kW, the series delivers zero-second perforation and clean, low-pressure cutting modes to optimize throughput and part quality.

Key features

• Semi-hollow structure machine bed: welded carbon-steel frame with annealing, rough machining, vibration aging and finishing to minimize deformation under high-power heating; refractory brick protection for durability and easy maintenance.
• Multi-zone suction system: zoned exhaust distribution to improve fume and dust removal while reducing contamination risk to the cutting head.
• Extruded-aluminum gantry with Z-axis gear rack: lightweight yet rigid gantry with guide-slide protection and automatic lubrication to maintain accuracy and extend transmission life.
• Shuttle table with double-drive system: dual-table high-tensile chain drive enables simultaneous loading/unloading without interrupting cutting operations, ensuring consistent processing of thick materials.
• Larger cutting area: configurations adapted to large-format sheets (American-standard sizes available) for high-productivity nesting.
• Modular cutting workbench: interchangeable, denser support cards designed to withstand high-power cutting and simplify replacement and maintenance.
• Mix-M gas-mixing device (optional): patented gas mixing cabinet for 20 kW+ systems to enable fast, high-quality cutting of 10–40 mm carbon steel, improving edge and corner finish and boosting throughput.
