Description

Overview
The HF 50 Series laser cutting machine integrates a Rexroth control system, linear drive and high-precision linear guides with integrated measuring systems. The machine delivers high acceleration and precision suitable for high-throughput cutting of carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum.

Heavy Load Capacity for Thick Material
  • The synchronous lifting precision can achieve ±1%.
  • Two tables can be pulled out of the cutting area simultaneously.
  • Loading and unloading on one table does not affect the other table.
  • Internal access for easy maintenance; fast and safe handling of metal sheets.
  • Consistent cutting quality maintained while the alternate table is in loading/unloading operations.

Long-term Reliability
  • New hollow bed structure reduces risk of heat deformation under high power.
  • Optional conveyor can be integrated to the HF 50.
  • Supports laser power up to 50 kW.

New Z-axis with linear drive and automatic lubrication. Linear guides include integrated measuring systems and adjusting blocks for faster positioning, higher acceleration, longer service life and improved cutting accuracy.

Anti-scratch
Optional plate lifting and adjusting device protects the underside of sheets; simplifies loading and positioning and preserves cut quality on stainless steel and aluminum.

Lower Gas Consumption
Low-pressure N2 cutting reduces gas usage and cutting time for the same batch, achieving up to 67% gas savings in suitable applications.

Mix-M Device (optional)
Optional patented gas-mixing cabinet (Mix-M) for machines ≥20 kW enables rapid cutting of 10–40 mm carbon steel, reduces corner slag, improves taper and surface roughness, and increases throughput and part accuracy.

Optional & Automation
Various automation packages available according to project needs; optional conveyors and automation modules support high-power, high-throughput production lines.
