OverviewThe S PRO-A / G series is a large-format fibre laser cutting solution with segmented linear-rail bed designed for stable cutting of thick plates using high-power lasers (12–60 kW and higher in ultra-large formats). It integrates process databases for high-power cutting and modular construction for transport and maintenance efficiency.
Main features- Highest reliability and stability: Modular segmented linear rail bed; separate bed and workbench design to minimize thermal deformation; compact structure for simplified maintenance and extended service life.
- High dynamic performance: Extruded aluminum beam (for widths < 4 m) optimized by finite element analysis; inner-cavity design disperses stresses; adaptive telescopic connection between beam and pallet for long-term cutting stability.
- Laser safety: Gantry cover with OD 5+ laser glass windows to protect operators from radiation, reduce noise and smoke and improve the working environment.
- Reduced shipping cost: Spliced bed design allows loading bed and tabletop into standard containers in sections; gantry cover and beam can be transported assembled to streamline installation.
- Easy maintenance: Independent workbench unit and foot supports separated from the bed to reduce impact from plate loading; simple disassembly for low-cost maintenance.
- Ultra-large format: Suited for large-format and thick plate cutting. Processing width options up to 13 100 mm x 2 600 mm; widths: 3 m / 3.5 m / 4 m; length extendable to 15 m / 26 m / 30 m or longer; supports ultra-high power >60 kW for heavy industries (steel structure, shipbuilding).
- Vertical / bevel cutting: Swinging head with lightweight, high-dynamic design. Supports bevel follower algorithm, bevel tool compensation, pendulum bias correction, and automatic bevel detection/reset.
- Intuitive operation: Operator console with monitor for real-time internal monitoring and a 32-key handheld pendant for quick commands to support efficient production workflows.
- Remnant-sheet processing: Intelligent solution using automated vision inspection to position parts on remainder sheets; supports multi-plate scanning and full worktable coverage for optimized material use.
