Description

Overview
The DZW PRO Series handheld laser welding machines deliver portable, high-efficiency laser welding suitable for kitchenware, sheet metal processing, structural construction and on-site repairs or DIY tasks. Compact chassis, industrial-grade components and flexible configuration options allow use in workshops or integrated production cells.

Cooling Method
All power variants use water cooling to extend laser module life, stabilise welding bead quality and reduce failure rates under continuous operation.

More Convenient to Move
Four universal wheels and four fixable buckles on the base provide oil- and dirt-resistant mobility. Units are easy to transport and can be locked in position for stable operation.

Professional Welding Gun
  • Clear on-gun parameter display and multiple safety alarms aid safe operation and faster troubleshooting.
  • Drawer-style protective/focusing mirrors improve maintenance access; integrated collimator-QBH modules enable on-site plug-and-play replacement.

Simple Cutting and Rust Removal and Weld Bead Cleaning
  • Thin-plate cutting (≤3 mm) possible without changing the welding gun—only the nozzle needs to be replaced.
  • Nozzle change allows cleaning of rusted or painted surfaces up to 120 mm wide.
  • Specific nozzles enable cleaning of weld beads up to 5 mm wide.

Portable Wire Feeder
  • Intelligent wire-feeding control ensures stable automatic feeding and consistent weld quality.
  • Multi-mode wire control (auto/manual feed/withdraw/draw/replenish) adapts to different production workflows.
  • Supports welding wire diameters: 0.8, 1.0, 1.2, 1.6, 2.0 mm.

Highly Integrated Laser
  • Compact laser modules are up to 67% smaller and 50% lighter with full sealing for dust and moisture protection, enabling sustained operation in industrial environments.
  • Mobile app connectivity provides real-time monitoring (power, configuration, error codes) for faster maintenance decisions.
  • Fiber options: 1500/2000W use 25 μm fiber (10 m); 3000W uses 50 μm fiber (12 m) to reach large workpieces.

Welding Capacity
Illustrative welding examples and sample weld images are provided for various workpieces and thicknesses to guide parameter selection and application suitability.
