Product OverviewMairui CO2 separation membrane modules use polysulfone hollow fibers for selective CO2/CH4 separation. CO2 preferentially permeates through the membrane while the non-permeate stream is enriched in methane. Module selection and process configuration are determined by feed composition, capacity, operating pressure and temperature, product specification and methane recovery targets.
How It WorksPolysulfone hollow fiber membranes provide higher CO2 permeability relative to CH4; the permeate stream becomes CO2-rich. Systems may be arranged in single-, two- or three-stage configurations to meet product purity and recovery requirements.

Membrane-Bank Configuration- Multiple modules can be combined into membrane banks to scale capacity.

Feed Gas RequirementH2S content <20 ppm. Inlet gas must meet Mairui membrane module inlet requirements for contaminants, temperature and pressure.
