Product overviewMairui gas dehumidification membrane modules use hollow-fiber polysulfone membranes to remove water vapor from compressed or process gases. Modules are designed as final-stage dryers or for polishing compressed air streams where a low dew point is required.
How it worksHollow-fiber membranes preferentially permeate water vapor. Feed gas flows along the fiber bore while water vapor diffuses through the membrane wall and is carried away by a purge gas stream, producing a drier outlet gas suitable for downstream dry-air applications.

Materials & construction- Membrane type: hollow-fiber polysulfone
- Typical construction: compact cartridge module for inline installation
Standard performanceReference conditions- Feed pressure: 0.7 MPa
- Feed temperature: 20°C
- Feed dew point: 20°C at 0.7 MPa
- Flow unit: L/min
- Outlet dew-point basis: atmospheric dew point
Performance example (standard conditions)- Purge ratio: 20%
- Feed air flow: 37.5 L/min
- Dry air flow: 30 L/min
- Outlet dew point: −18°C (atmospheric basis)
Engineering notes- Outlet dew point must be interpreted with its stated basis; values on this page use atmospheric dew point as the reference.
- Actual performance depends on feed pressure, temperature, feed dew point, flow rate and purge ratio; validate performance under your operating conditions.
