Product Overview
KGY compressed-air oil removal filters combine cyclone separation, pre-filtration and ultrafine glass-fiber coalescing stages to minimize oil carryover from oil-lubricated compressors. They are engineered for continuous industrial use where low downstream oil content and stable pressure are required.

Key Features

• Three-stage oil removal: cyclone separation, pre-filtration and coalescing fine filtration for effective oil separation.
• Ultrafine glass fiber media delivering very low outlet oil content (typically 0.1–0.01 ppm).
• Wide flow coverage: modular models from 1.6 to 510 Nm³/min to suit small to large compressed-air systems.
• Available with threaded (ZG) or flanged (DN) connections for straightforward installation.
