Product overviewMR system produces nitrogen on site from compressed air and delivers a continuous flow to enclosed or affected areas to reduce oxygen concentration and enable sustained inerting. Available in fixed, skid-mounted, containerized or mobile configurations to suit operational and access constraints.
Industry requirements- Continuous high flow: continuous and peak flow rates defined according to area volume, initial O₂ level and inerting target.

Principle of operationCompressed air is pre-treated to remove particles, droplets and oil, then dried as required before entering MRN membrane modules. Nitrogen-enriched permeate is buffered or stored and then supplied to injection points. Optional boosting unit provided when project pressure requirements exceed standard outlet pressure.
System solutionsSystems can be supplied as fixed, skid, containerized or mobile units. Scope is defined by injection pressure, piping distance, power availability, compressed air quality and environmental/site constraints.
