祥生 SG1300-WJS wet wide-belt grinding equipment is designed for surface treatment of stainless steels and rare metals. The heavy-duty wet processing main unit, combined with front and rear powered roller stands and a precision grinding-fluid filtration and recirculation system, forms an efficient processing cell. The complete unit is PLC-controlled; after loading, the machine performs automatic reciprocating abrasive processing. It is suitable for heavy stock removal on hot-rolled plates as well as precision thickness control and polishing on cold-rolled sheets, and is particularly suited to titanium, stainless steel and molybdenum alloy surface grinding and polishing.

Equipment features:

• Wet grinding minimizes thermal deformation of the workpiece and produces refined final surfaces.
• Heavy-duty rubber-wrapped drive and feed rollers ensure strong and smooth conveying.
• Special hardened support (Billy) roller under the contact roller enables processing of thin sheets down to 0.5 mm.
