Product Overview
SG2050-WJS is designed for precision grinding to defined thickness and surface finishing of whole sheets or large-scale parts. It processes metals such as titanium, molybdenum, aluminium, stainless steel and carbon steel, providing controlled surface roughness through wet abrasive belt operations.

Working Principle
The machine uses a reciprocating gantry (moving working table) where the workpiece is clamped and fixed. The entire table moves back and forth so the workpiece passes multiple processing stations. Table movement is driven by linear guides and ball screws to ensure high positioning accuracy. Feeding rate is adjustable from 2 to 9 m/min.
