Product overview
The flexible post-cutting finishing production line is designed for customers processing batch or medium-thickness plate parts. It provides automatic depalletizing and feeding, conveys parts into a slag-removal/deburring machine for fully automatic slag removal and deburring, and at the outlet uses a vision system to capture images, automatically determine workpiece position, and guide a robot to perform precise pick-and-place and accurate palletizing.

Functions and features

• The vision system combined with robotic handling supports multiple feed modes (single-type single-piece, single-type multi-piece, multi-type single-piece, multi-type multi-piece) for stable palletizing and flexible production.
• Multiple vision-robot palletizing units can be expanded in parallel along the conveyor to increase sorting capacity and accommodate a wide variety of parts.
• Optional gantry-style depalletizing and feeding system can pick multiple parts simultaneously to double feeding efficiency; gantry load capacity is customizable up to 1000 kg.
• Robot payload and reach are selectable based on workpiece; single-piece pick cycle can be achieved in under 10 s.
• Automation eliminates manual handling and high-dust grinding tasks, improving labor conditions and the working environment.
