Application
Versatile deburring, edge rounding, surface finishing and polishing machine for metal parts produced by laser cutting, stamping, punching, shearing or waterjet. The unit includes four workstations: wide abrasive belt head, planetary abrasive barrel station, second wide abrasive belt head, and polishing barrel station. Each station can operate independently or in combination for specific processes.
It is designed for batch burr removal, edge blunting, surface polishing and linear graining of laser-cut blanks. The core grinding station supports up to four grinding methods that can be combined to increase processing efficiency.
