Welded Steel Oil Tanks WN-LC
HBE manufactures oil tanks and sumps in accordance with DIN standards or factory standards, primarily to customer specifications. We process both carbon steel and stainless steel.

HBE is a certified welding company in accordance with DIN EN 1090 and a specialized company under §62 AwsV (WHG). In addition, all welding processes are certified under the WPQR procedure in accordance with DIN EN ISO 15614-1:2017-12.

In our modern steel fabrication department, we produce welded structures weighing up to 6.4 tons and tanks with a volume of up to 20,000 liters. Standard tanks and sumps up to 1,000 liters are available from stock within a few days.

• Sandblasted and grounded inside and out
• Resistant to hydraulic oil on mineral oil base
• Ready-to-install tanks, oil sumps, and welded structures according to customer specifications
• Leak test with dye penetrant test
• Gasket 15 x 5 mm made of perbunan (NBR) in case of screwed tank lid
• Drain plug DIN 908 + CU gasket for oil drain at the tank
• Short delivery times due to stock availability
