Sheet metal fabrication is the backbone of modern industrial product design. From internal brackets that support equipment, to chassis and enclosures that protect delicate electronics, and exterior panels that define a product’s aesthetic, precision sheet metal processes are essential. We are dedicated to transforming your digital designs into high-quality physical products quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively through a highly automated and refined manufacturing process, becoming a trusted partner in your product development and production chain.
What is Sheet Metal Bending & Welding?
Sheet metal fabrication is a comprehensive manufacturing process that transforms flat metal sheets into 3D structural components. It relies on three core technologies:
Precision Cutting: Using high-power fiber laser cutters, we cut 2D unfolded shapes (from DXF/DWG files) from full metal sheets with incredible speed and precision (tolerances up to ±0.1mm).
CNC Bending: Flat, cut parts are bent into complex 3D shapes on a CNC press brake, programmed by our experienced engineers. This step is key to turning 2D designs into 3D components.
Professional Welding & Assembly: For multi-part products, certified welders join components using TIG, MIG/MAG, or spot welding. Riveting and fastener assembly are also handled.
The above steps provide a conceptual overview. Detailed manufacturing steps are described in the next section.
Our Fabrication Process
From your CAD drawing to a finished product, we follow a rigorous, digital manufacturing workflow:
Design Review & Nesting: Engineers perform DFM (Design for Manufacturability) analysis and use nesting software to optimize material usage.
